A pdf document is attached that explains the commemorative photo. This idea was presented to us by Carl Rosenbaum (CHMA Class of 1952) as a fundraiser for the CHMA Alumni Association.

All money received for the 8 X 10 photo will be given to the alumni association.
The photo that you purchase will have 4 cadet pictures (all from the same CHMA class) with one being the senior picture and the other being a current picture of the cadet.

It is designed to have your picture, and 3 other cadets who you select to have in the photo. The cost is $50. If you are interested, please copy the order form and submit the information requested to Carl Rosenbaum.

You will need to submit the current photo of each cadet (4 photos which includes you), and the Alumni Association will submit your senior CHMA photo(s) to Carl Rosenbaum.
